Abstract Poly Ethylene Naphthalate (PEN) is an industrial polymer plastic which investigated as a low background, transparent, scintillating and wavelength shifting structural material. PEN scintillates in the blue region has excellent mechanical properties both at room cryogenic temperatures. Thus, it ideal candidate for active components experiments search of rare events like neutrinoless double-beta decay or dark matter recoils. Such optically structures improve identification rejection efficiency backgrounds events, this improving sensitivity experiments. This paper reports on production radiopure transparent plates These can be used to mount germanium detectors operating liquids (LAr, LN). first application holders will Ge Legend -200 experiment. The whole process from cleaning raw material testing under final operational conditions reported.
